Terms of Service

The Short Version: We are a B2B agency. We do not do transactional, aggressive fluff, we build relational sales pipelines and execute real market validation. By working with us or using this site, you agree to play by professional rules.

1. Applicability

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of jasinska.pro (J PRO Agency). Our services are strictly Business-to-Business (B2B). Consumer protection laws regarding 14-day return policies do not apply here.

2. What We Do (And What We Don't)

We provide strategic Go-To-Market consulting, focusing on introducing SaaS products to the European Union market. Sprints: Our core operational framework relies on targeted 90-day sprints to validate and build your pipeline. No Magic Bullets: Bringing a brand-new SaaS product to a new market takes time. We do not operate on a success-fee-only basis for initial 60 or 90-day market entry sprints, because that timeframe is structurally insufficient to close guaranteed revenue on a new product. You pay for our expertise, the lean methodology, the strategy, and the execution.

3. Intellectual Property

The frameworks, strategies, copy, and materials we display on this site are our intellectual property. You cannot copy, redistribute, or use our proprietary processes without our explicit written consent.

4. Client Responsibilities

If we engage in a project, we expect honest communication, timely responses, and transparency about your product's capabilities. A successful market entry requires your active participation.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide the map and we drive the car, but we do not control the market weather. J PRO Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from the use of our website or the execution of our strategies. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific consulting services in question.

6. Governing Law

We are based in Poland. Therefore, these Terms of Service are governed by Polish law. Any disputes that cannot be settled over a reasonable conversation will be handled by the competent courts in Poland.

7. Changes to the Terms

We update these terms when necessary. When we do, the new version will be live on this page.
